Sachin Tendulkar after disappointing in Champions League T20 is all set to make a comeback in Ranji Trophy opener.
Sachin Tendulkar and Zaheer Khan are to play in Mumbai's opening game at the Wankhede Stadium from November 2 to 5, Mumbai Cricket Association's (MCA) Joint Secretary Nitin Dalal was quoted as saying by PTI on Tuesday.
"Sachin and Zaheer are likely to play in Mumbai's Ranji Trophy opener at the Wankhede Stadium. They have expressed their interest to play in the game," Dalal said in a PTI report.
Sachin Tendulkar looked pretty determined to play a good inning in the last day of CLT20 but still looking at his form he might have considered to make a Ranji comeback .
Zaheer and Tendulkar`s form is realy being a question mark these days and hence they have informed Mr, Dalal about their intrest to play in Ranji Trophy Tournament.
